Eel Brook Common

The brief was to completely rework the kitchen layout without modifying the structure of the rear extension. Together with my client, we found the layout that works perfectly for the whole family. The previous kitchen was organised very differently with a long island that was taking up a lot of space, a massive extractor hood in the middle of the room and cabinets that didn’t provide enough storage. After having lived in the house for many years, my client was dreaming of a more functional kitchen with a marble worktop and black and white contrasts. It was a fun project to run jointly and I was happy to help make decisions, advising on the organisation, choice of materials and furniture, and adding a few pink accents, my client’s favourite colour.
